Disappointed and left without assistance

I bought a new Nissan qashqai in 2016, I must say I have generally enjoyed the car despite a few problems here and there. My 1st encounter with Nissan SA's poor service was in 2018 when the car needed a thermostat replaced. Eventually that problem was resolved after frustrations . Now on 26th May as I was driving, the car lost power gradually and eventually stopped, upon arrival @ dealership I was informed that the turbo boost solenoid valve needed replacement, the dealership did not have parts instore and therefore needed to place an order which was done. The feedback I received was that the part is available @ the warehouse and would be delivered to the dealership the following week. @ the end of the said week I was then informed that the part is not available and would therefore have to be placed on back-order, believe me I know that this can take a few weeks but the so-called customer care service @ Nissan is non-existent as they would rather like and make your life a living hell. They will not provide any alternative solution to help you as a client. For me , I feel they should @ least give me a courtesy car in the meantime as this is not my fault. How on earth do they sell us their cars but never have parts when these are needed. I am so disappointed and will make sure not to buy a Nissan product in the future.
