DISAPPOINTED

As a loyal Nissan customer i am extremely disappointed at the service received from both Nissan SA and the Edenvale dealership.<br> <br> I have since November last year been trying to acquire the new X Trail. I initially visited the Kempton Park dealership but dealing with a salesman who was not interested in what i wanted proved frustrating. It now is evident that he acted the way he did because he had no stock to meet my requirements. Why did he just not say so?<br> <br> On 5 December i placed an order with the Edenvale branch. I was informed the vehicle would be available early in the new year. During January i was told the vehicle would be delivered by 13 March.<br> <br> Yesterday i had to follow up on the progress only to be told that the initial sales lady had left their employ and i had to wait a further month for delivery by the beginning of April.<br> <br> Why are these vehicles being imported? Why is the customer not told this up front? Why is it necessary for the client to keep following up? Will i ever receive my vehicle? Is this the way customers are treated now?<br> <br> I really expected a better level of service from a brand i have supported through my entire adult life but perhaps it is time to change
