DIABOLICAL SERVICE FROM NISSAN SOUTH AFRICA

In December 2021, I purchased a NP200 Bakkie and from day one the battery discharges in 1.5 days to a voltage of 8.25 volts. I have taken the vehicle numerous times to the dealer, and every time they replace the battery and it's 2 or 3 days and then it's completely flat again. In the past 12 months the vehicle has been with the dealership for 4,5 months and neither a Nissan S.A. technician or Star Nissan's technician are able to solve the problem. I was told the only person that can assist is Monica Gouws. I have repeatedly tried to get hold of her to no avail. I have been promised that she will come back to me on numerous occasions and to date I have heard nothing from her. 4 months ago I was promised that the issue was with top management to decide whether they are going to replace the vehicle or refund my money as I bought this vehicle cash. As all calls are recorded all the recorded calls can be obtained from Nissan's call centre to verify the above information. I am at my wits end, as you cannot speak to anyone in authority at Nissan S.A. you can only contact them through the call centre and they do not have the authority to sort out this problem. I've also found that the dealership is unwilling to assist me and keeps on blaming Nissan South Africa. As of today the vehicle is still with the dealer for the past month. I am one VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT!!!!
