Defective Car and no help from anyone

we bought a Magnite last week, beautiful car , then came the nightmare. The gearbox is making a noise when the car is cold and when we opened the bonnet low and behold it is a renault gearbox. Now i know from personal experience once this happens you have endless issues and repairing and repairing just doesnt work as i had this with a Triber. I bought it from your Mossel Bay branch staying in Johannesburg we made contact with your Greenstone branch told them we have a video of the noise (no one seems interested in seeing the video) we told them we know this is a issue. Mark the manager told us yes Nissan is aware of this problem (WHY then are you still selling a problematic batch of a car) i must bring the car in it will need to be send to head office for assessment. Now i asked will i get a loan car as this is my transport to drop my child at school and to get to work. I got told sorry in his experience dealing with all the cars going in for repairs they have never given a loan car. So i am basically being told yes you bought a defective car, we will look at it under warranty even though you know it is defective and sorry how you get around is not Nissan problem at all. and here i thought it was only Renault that gave this type of service but it seems to be a norm in selling cars these days....

WOW if this is your customer engagement service it is disgusting. I was called this morning by a lady who had a no care attitude. Told me what Mark told her and apparently i am refusing to bring the car in, i would like to know when i said that? and all she kept saying to me is there is a process to follow. I promise you i am not stupid at all i do know that however without a loan vehicle i cannot TAKE the car in to get looked at. That part went totally over her head and she just kept reminding me about the process. I eventually told her not to worry as clearly she was not interested in helping me. Disgusting after sales services seems to be the norm no matter what make of car one buys....
