Damaged Goods

I need advice. I bought a car 3 months back now the clutch finished within 3 months and it's being classified as wear and tear and they need R30 000 to replace it. I'm not a first time driver and I read on the consumer protection act that recently purchased goods must give you at least 6 months before developing a fault
