Damaged clutch on a fairly new Car

The terrible reviews about Nissan here really make me regret buying the car for my Mom. I bought a car Nissan Qashqai1.3T Visia for my Mother in 2023 at IC Auto Roodepoort. We took the car to Eastern Cape and hardly 2 years later the clutch is damaged and my mother uses this car but she has another Car that she uses so this is not for everyday use. The dealership in Queenstown said the Clutch is not covered on the Warranty and the Dealership in Roodepoort where we bought the car is refusing to pay for it, they advised they are not at fault.

I have logged a query with Nissan SA last week already, a lady called and said she registered my query and will email me a reference till today she didn't. When I call, they say let me transfer you and the phone dies, sent WhatsApp as well and after i told Willem my query he never responded. the amount of complaints about Nissan and the clutch i saw here in Hello Peter make me believe that there is something wrong with it. You cannot tell me that less than 2 years on a Demo Car bought at 8000km that this is normal Wear and Tear. Why didn't this happen to the other brand of Cars we have bought before.

Good day Yanga, kindly note that the feedback and evidence was provided by the service manager Liana Schoeman. We have responded to the Ombudsman complaint and whatever the outcome of their ruling will bind all parties by law. Regards Nissan S.A
