DAMAGE TYRES
The tyres that is on our vehicle is from 15000 km start flaking and where full of cracks we complain they said they will send a rep and we wait and nothing happened on 20000 km we phone Nissan complaint centre we took the car in to Nissan Rustenburg they said to us the rep look and will send a report nothing happened and then we start getting flat tyres and the tyre where so bad ever where where there is a crack the wind is comming out we complain again and we got 37000 km on the tyres and we need to replace. Nissan said to us there is know guarantee on tyres and they not responsible. So know we need to bought knew tyres on 37000 km.We bought Nissan cars since 1974 till know I don't think we will bay n Nissan again if this is the service we got.

As previously confirmed Goodyear SA inspected the tyres and confirmed that the type of wear condition observed on the tyres in question is a chip/chunk (flaking) condition, known as tread flaking.
After discussions with their technical centre it was advised that their review of this condition is not tyre manufacturing related.
We kindly refer you to page W-5 of our Warranty Information and Maintenance booklet which states \Nissan shall not be liable for costs of routine maintenance and service
