Curtesy car
I have booked my car in for a service today , I have informed them to check that there is an engine noise , they have checked for me and released it was the recirculation valve. Unfortunately they don't have the part in stock and I am unable to driver my car without the part or with the faulty part. I don't have a second car and I need to travel from work and home, I have asked the dealership for a curtsey car and they did inform me that they don't have any curtsey car available at the moment. I then phone Nissan SA and I Spoke to Bongani , he informed me that the dealer have got only 1 curtsey car available for use and it is already in use and NO OTHER dealership have got a curtsey car available and that he cannot assist me anymore.I need to wait now for the part for 2 days and I don't have any means of transport! Not 1 Nissan dealership have got and not even Nissan SA! How is this possible????? <br>
