Cruise control defect - Nissan Juke

I purchased a Nissan Juke 2013 model last year (still in service plan) and 30000km on the clock. I established that the cruise control was not working and on the first service I reported the fault condition and after several visits to Nissan Randburg workshop the cruise control is still not operational. <br> Nissan SA does not want to confirm/admit that this is a general fault with most Nissan Juke's and after driving two other Nissan Jukes and a Qashqai which was loan vehicles from Nissan, I determined all three vehicle cruise control was not working!<br> Nissan SA eventually confirmed that they fixed the cruise control fault on the 5th of Feb 2016 (my vehicle was in the workshop for 3 weeks) and when I collected the vehicle on the 8th I determined that the cruise control was still none operational!<br> Don't expect the Dealer Principal of Nissan Randburg to get back to you when you log a complaint in writing to him - he only seem to respond when a complaint is logged to Nissan SA Head office.<br> I logged a complaint on the 9th of February 2016 AGAIN and still no feedback from someone senior from Nissan SA.
