Concerns Regarding Defective 2025 New Nissan Magnite bought at Nissan Mthatha

Dear Nissan South Africa / HelloPeter Community, I wish to bring to your attention my concerns regarding both the quality of a newly purchased vehicle and the poor customer service received from Nissan Mthatha. I acquired a new Nissan Magnite E-Z Shift from Mthatha Nissan in September 2025. Shortly after purchase, the car began to exhibit mechanical issues. Now, with less than five months of use and only +-3,000km travelled, the vehicle remains at the dealership's workshop due to unresolved faults. As a result, I am making payments for a vehicle I am unable to use. I have also encountered challenges with Nissan Mthatha staff interactions. Rather than receiving constructive support, I experienced unsatisfactory responses from: 1. Yonela Futshane (Salesman): Was not forthcoming with assistance. 2. Simphiwe Makombe (General Manager - Nissan Mthatha): He is very arrogant and demonstrates an inadequate level of professionalism and leadership. I respectfully request that Nissan South Africa intervene to provide a lasting solution for this defective vehicle. Additionally, I urge Mthatha Nissan to review and improve their standards of customer service and quality of cars they sell. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
