Complaint
Hi Team My Father bought a Nissan Juke in 2018 Reg Number KBR 870 NW, the vehicle was bought brand new from Lionel Motors in Rustenburg., around October 2019 the Car had issues to which after diagnostics it was found that the Harness-Body was faulty, the defect parts were Ordered from Japan, due to some challenges and after reporting the Matter to Nissan South Africa the parts came, they were fitted in the vehicle, upon testing it became apparent that the Fuel Gauge and interior indicator lights were not working. Due to the lengthy delay in fixing the vehicle, my father (Mr Supang Walter Motsisi) opted to take the vehicle, as he is an 82yr old pensioner and schedule the fixing of the outstanding issue at a later stage. He did schedule the vehicle service, the Vehicle arrived at Lionel Motors Rustenburg and a Job card was opened on the 21st of September 2020. (This can be verified with the dealer) On the 09th October 2020 I (Tshepo Motsisi) Called Lionel motors and Spoke to Roderick the Mechanic/ Manager in that Department, I asked him why the vehicle service is taking so long. He said that his mechanic is not coping with the workload. We need to look at this as a “First come First serve” Principle. The vehicle that came first must be diagnosed first. I then Drove fro Lephalale to Rustenburg to see the Manager(Dealer Principal) Mr Des van Zyl on the 10th October 2020 Unforfunately he was not in the office but we had a Chat via Whatsapp. Please see Chat Below

My name is Tshepo Motsisi. We spoke this morning regarding Walter Motsisi's Nissan Juke Reg KBR 870 NW. The car has been in the workshop from the 21st Sep 2020 upon asking the nice lady Sanele what has been done
She only picked up that only a Job card has been opened. Nothing else. I also called yesterday and I spoke to Roderick who rep**** that his Technician is unable to attend to the car as he is under Pressure.
I trust that you understand the inconvenience that you are causing a pensioner who is also a loyal client of Lionel Motors.
Please investigate this matter as agreed telephonically

On Thursday 15th October 2020 I got a call from Ofentse(Nissan South Africa) to followup on the Matter. It is at this point that it became apparent that Lionel Motors did not tell Ofentse the full story. And they were downplaying the whole issue.
We have on the one hand an 82yr old Man with Health issues that need a vehicle to survive in the remote area of Mabeskraal who is walking 6-7km daily to get things done, this old man has no-one to rely on as all his children are working in far from him. This man has been a loyal Lionel motors client who bought the following vehicles From Lionel Motors 1. 1999 Nissan Hardbody D/Cab SE 2. 2006/7 Nissan Levina 3. 2012 Nissan Levina Cross 4. 2018 Nissan Juke Is this how Lionel motors repays loyalty? Is this how Lionel motors treats the Elderly Citizens?
Please look at this Matter ASAP
Its been 24hrs and no-one has Contacted me to tell me if my Father's Car will be attented to or not.
