Complaint about Poor Service

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from NTT Nissan Empangeni.

I last took my vehicle in for servicing around September. Shortly after the service, I noticed that my car was jerking. I immediately contacted the dealership and was advised to bring the vehicle back, which I did.

After inspection, I was informed that a sensor needed to be replaced. This was done, yet the problem persisted. I returned the vehicle to the dealership once again, only to be told that the issue now requires a fuel pump replacement, with an estimated waiting period of approximately three months for the part to arrive.

During this entire process:

The problem originated after the service conducted by your dealership

The issue has not been resolved despite multiple visits

I have been offered no courtesy car or alternative solution

I rely on this vehicle for work-related travel and branch visits, and I am now completely stranded

I purchased this vehicle because my job requires reliable transportation, and the lack of urgency, accountability, and customer support shown in this matter is extremely disappointing. Being told to wait three months without any assistance is unacceptable.

This level of service does not reflect the standards I expected from Nissan. I respectfully request:

Urgent intervention to resolve this matter

Assistance with a courtesy vehicle or alternative transport solution

Clear accountability regarding the initial service that led to these issues

I trust that this complaint will be taken seriously and addressed as a matter of urgency. I look forward to your prompt response.
