Complaint

I went to buy a car part at Nissan East London,Paid in full. I have not received the part yet and I want to cancel the sale now, they wont let me. Its only 24 hours since purchase, why cant I cancel the sale ? The part is still with them. I call Nissan South Africa and Barren sounds so bored on the line
