Communicate your Rules clearly - CPA will hear from me.

I must say that I am very disappointed in how you conduct your competition and your rules associated with it. And I will be taking this further with regards to the CPA. I have screenshots of your rules associated with your nissan magnite competition.

Your rules does not make mention that during the final stage of the competition only 60 pins will be dropped and that you need to collect one of the pins in the fastest time possible. Your rules state the following and I quote: " The top 80 participants will start over in the grand finale" Nissan will digitally release 1 clue a day for the duration of the finale somewhere in SA which the participant will have to search for and collect. The competition leader board will be determined on average time the participant has taken to collect the pin. Nowhere does it state that only 60 pins will be released and you must collect one of the 60 pins. Nowhere does it state that? Yes unfortunately I have not had the time to log on when the sms was received to let me know that a pin was going to be dropped. It states that you need to go hunt and be fast - but the fast is in terms of your average time taken to collect the pin. Meaning the duration it would have taken to collect the pin. Nowhere does it make mention of that there is only 60 pins, "on average time the participant has taken to collect the pin" this is an unclear rule, especially if you take in consideration the fact that as soon as I clicked "start" button once I logged on, i was redirected to a screen that stated I successfully collected the pin, so im pretty sure that, that is my average time isnt it? Even your message on the welcome screen states i have the clock to beat. Your screens make mention of finding the magnite pin in the fastest time. It does not make mention that there is only 60 pins at this point, and considering how the competition was run from the start, it was fastest time to collect pins, meaning the duration it took you to collect the pins. Yes i might not make it to the finals or even win the competition but your rules and how you conducted or communicated is not clearly defined. And I will take this further.
