Car purchase

i bought an Toyota etios from Rudi in April , which he promised was in a good condition and nothing wrong. On receiving the car it was dirty , had scratches and dents, rear reverse light, seat belts at the back was not working as well as the radio speakers were not working. He promised to sort it out , which I am still waiting for. I had to threaten him in an email on the 9/ 10th of this month to get the car papers to get a licence disk for the car as it had expired on 30/06/2015. At the traffic department I had to pay a penalty for late registration of the car and was told that I could not get a disk as the car was not roadworthy, which I also had to get done and pay for it.
