Car complaint, customer not happy with product

Hi! I'm not happy with the Nissan magnite ez-shift, I drived it for 10 months and now It's making some sort of sound and I took it to go get checked and the report says it's fine but it still has the same sound, and I would like for the car to be fixed because the sound sounds like it's a clutch or gearbox problem and the repair guy told me that this car is basically a RENAULT in a body of a NISSAN MAGNITE
