********* business practice by Nissan Motus Centurion

In June 2024 I bought Nissan Magnite 2023 1 L CVT Turbo model at Nissan motus Centurion. On 20/12/2024 I started the process of trading it in as I was dissatisfied with lots of things concerning the car mechanically. I took the car to Nissan BB Gezina and the sales person realised that the car was previously involved in an accident and panelbeating was done poorly. I took the car to centurion to Motus for them to explain. They refused to look at the car claiming that they are not panel- beater experts so they cannot tell if the car has been panel beated. They refused all the claims by Gezina, saying that they want a written report. I drove to Penta dealership in Menlyn to try and trade it in there as they had a better deal on the car that I like. Upon inspecting the car to evaluate its trade in value, they told me that the car was involved in an accident and it was spray painted/ panel beated. Nissan Motus has briedged Consumer Protection Act by conducting unfair business practice. It is ********* of them for selling me a car that has been involved in an accident without my knowledge. They are now hiding behind the claim that they cannot visually inspect the car as they are not panel beaters. I don’t want this car anymore as it is giving me mechanical challenges. I was deceived by the consultant and her principal dealer at Nissan Motus Centurion.
