Breakdown of new Vehicle and lack of feedback or help

When a Company promise that they will give you an answer on a problem with a brand new vehicle that cannot be repaired after two months without any valid reasons and feedback is not given.

One would think that if you spend a lot of money on a Nissan that is suppose to have a very good reputation it would be useful it the Support goes with the warranty and all the promises,
