Break pads for Magnite are ****

Poor customer service. I reported break pads issue @ 20 killometre n I was told that Nissan is aware of d issue they will changed them on my next service. When I went for service when it due I was advise that it's wear n tear n u should pay R1800. I log a complain I was told to Tae my car to the dealer but they dealer was not advise about anything they were calling me and asking me questions and I have to contact Nissan my self doing follow ups they not even bother to call u back as they promised. I felt in love with Magnite for the 1st time little did I nkow that Nissan Brand not to be trusted, how can u have wear and tear @20 killometres what does that says about your quality.received a call last week consultants says she will call me back she never did. Their brand doesn't make safety as their priority for their clients it's disappointing.
