brand new np300 rides like a old second hand bakkie

Good day,

I bought a 2020 Nissan hardbody np300 brand new. after taking delivery of the pickup i noticed it has alot of vibration/shaking when driving i took it back to the dealer and got told it is n hardbody its supposed to feel like that...........

the left side is lower that the right side , panels are falling off whilst driving ( caused by shakking) passenger seat shakes so bad looks like it wants to break lose, the bakkie pulls to the right even after wheel alignment.

and i was told this is all normal for a new hardbody ???????

i now took another np300 hardbody for a test drive ( same 2.5 tdi ) as mine and its smooth!!!!!!!

why am i being told this is normal i payed good money for something that drives like an old second hand car.
