Brand New Car - Feels like a second hand

I am so disappointed with Nissan, I bought a brand new Nissan Qashqai 1.5 dci less than 3 months ago, i started having problems with it 3 weeks ago, it first started with the car not wanting to go into 2nd and 3rd gear, little to no movement on the car and the engine light came on, sent the car back to CMH Sandton, they told me they changed the filter and it will be ok, the car was ok for a week and then while i was in traffic with my 6 month old baby, smoke started coming out the bonnet, and strong burning fumes entered the inside of the car, CMH Sandton, took the car back, bled the clutch, or so they said, they then said we must pick the car up. Fetched the car and 2 days later, the engine light is on and the car has no motion again. All the while, the car is showing a start/stop system error.
They picked the car up again this morning. It is concerning for me as a Lady as well as a mom, i have no faith in the car and it worries me that i travel with my 6 month baby and i have no idea what this car is going to do next, my biggest fear being the brakes fail.
They have sold us a car that is dis-satisfactory and Dangerous by all means!
