Brake issue

I opened a case with Nissan regarding the noise my brakes makes on my Nissan magnite. Nissan South Africa contacted my dealer and they are now telling me to replace brake pads which they are saying it won't make the noise go away but i must replace them. When I first went to the dealership I asked them to replace my brake pads and they told me that replacing them won't help now they are saying I must replace them even though that won't help???? Please I need the noise that my brakes makes resolved. And also their consultant Omphile Moseki handling my case ***4 is useless,i missed her call and she threatened to close my case. I phone her a lot of times and she is not taking or returning my calls or advising on the way forward. Come on I just fought cancer I'm not ready to fight about something like this. I bought a new car and I shouldn't be having this type of issues. Otherwise I should be refunded if this issue is not resolved.
