Blaming Customers for their nonsense!!

Absolutely pathetic service!!!

We sent out Nissan MP200 in for a service and a week later the engine ceased. With the service they changed the oil filters and the sump plug. A few days after the service, the bakkie's oil light came on and the engine started smoking not even a kilometer after that causing the engine to cease. Upon opening the bonnet, we found that there was oil everywhere!! So bad, that there was oil on the bumper as well.

After what they call "thorough" investigation, they have concluded that we are to blame for the engine ceasing and is now liable for a crazy bill. All kinds of excuses have been made as to why we are liable for the bill and how it is our fault the engine ceased.

We have contacted the service branch and the call centre and no one could assist us. Same story everytime.

Good to know that such a "reputable" brand can't take the blame upon themselves. You are a disgrace. I will never encourage anyone to deal with you.
