Battery Issue
Yesterday 05/01/2016 when I started my vehicle it did wanted to start, when I check the battery it was boiling and acid coming out and call the customer service and I was advised to take the vehicle to the Battery Centre. When I arrived they checked everything and I was advised the damages of the battery is due to the alternator so they advised to take the vehicle to Nissan and call your head office on *** it where I was told to take it to the nearest dealer. I took the vehicle to Sinoville dealership and it was book and the manager advise me he need to check first and it will take estimate 2 hours and that time it was 12:00, I received a call from the consultant stating the battery is no longer under warranty and did explained to her that as per Battery Centre, the battery is still under guarantee but they won't replace it due to the alternator which cause the battery damages and she said will speak to the manager and revert back. The manager call at 14h00 stating the same thing about the warranty and did explain to him again and he said will speak to the Battery Centre and revert back.
