Bad treatment by Nissan SA

Nissan SA is bully and needs to be called out. I purchased Np200 in 2021 at menlynmotus Nissan. They Nissan intelligence as they call themselves hired EFC. a company that fits tracker units to install an aircorn Unit on the car. I didn't know anything about that arrangement, I thought that's how things are done. Nissan Menlyn told me to bring the car back 48 hours after I had collected it to be fitted that unit.. I had never heard of EFC b4 in my life. Now the car broke down Nissan SA is giving mix signals about a courtesy car while they are tying to figure out what to do with that NP200. So my job requires me to drive around.. Nissan wants me to lose my job and they couldn't give a rat. They even blocked me off their X account..that's how inconsiderate and brutal they are. Today they tell me that they won't pay for a courtesy car n I must pay from my pocket. That's bad business and I regret the day I made business with Nissan.. how do u use a tracker fitting company to fit parts on ur cars and when they brake down u don't do anything? that's Krazy.. I'm disappointed and disgusted with Nissan to say the least..I will never respect the Nissan Batch ever again..I sure shall never recommend the company to anyone after this mixed vibes treatment they are giving me..or is it because I'm african?
