Bad Service - False advertising - Keep Away

I am sending you this email to express the poor service, and waste of my time i received from Trudi, sales person pre owned.

Over the past two weeks now we discussing the purchase of a Ford Fiesta she called me about going for R149000, i have never had to take this long to get info and get a deal discussed,

during the 2 weeks i was told car is FSH, Warranty expires on the 19th of may 2019, car is in front of her, car is neat and no issues etc.

Each time i asked a Question regarding the car she says she will find out from the manager and get back to me, it takes her over a day to get back with info after me having keep asking her for a update.

Eventually after we settled on the price etc and wanted to go ahead, she then tells me the car was at another branch, then i was told that that the warranty expires in two weeks from now and i am forced to take the extended warranty at my cost that will be added to the deal,

after all this was done i still agreed to go ahead at R155k, i asked for the OTP and copy of log book so i can get the insurance quotes etc, she tells me the car is at another branch and have to get the Log book and when car is back from a AC repair at Ford,

Now i am told the car isn't on warranty as warranty was void due to no service history on the car,

being in sales and selling this car to someone, shouldn't this info and homework been done prior,

This service is terrible, i am reporting this also on Hello peter, and will advice people to stay away from this dealership.
