Bad service delivery

We have orderd an nissan 2011 navara 2.5 4x4 chessy last year 2017 september. And ever since i have been waiting for it and they wont assist me with an rental bakie as this Bakie is for working purpose. I have been calm with this till now and i need an bakie as my work wants to dismiss me for not being able to do my day to day work.. We spoke to one of nissan SA seniors MOSIENA. And still we did not get anny responce. When all of this is sorted ill have to move my busness elswhere as this service is unexceptable.
