Bad service by Nissan costing us customers

I have a problem with Nissan Barberton. My car had a problem with ignition they took it and fixed it after it came back the steering cover was not properly putted back and the hooter was not working anymore after we went to complain about it. They said this thing happens it's the coil inside the stearing and I must pop up money R7000 for stearing ring which they broke while they were fixing the car. They even phoned my insurance which approved R5000 and now they say I must pay the rest. It's not my neglegent that they broke the seal while they were fixing why must I pay for their mistakes. It's not far as castomer that I'm being bul**** after I have just popped money for fixing the 1st un explain locking of stearing wheel.
