Bad Service and ****mers

I am so unhappy with Nissan Alberton, I took my car to them on the 14/12/2023 hoping to get it before Christmas as I had plans. The said they are things that neeed to be replaced of which because I hate surprises I had warranty insurance they sent them a quote with wrong amount the company notified them and they said they would fix it...Waste of my time they were ignoring my calls when doing follow up,they told the insurance the amount to be paid was eventually 12k and told my insurance I don't have no difference to pay but were not including me on the emails with quotes.....When I eventually went to fetch my car on the 24/12/2023 I was told of a difference of R7900 which I questioned but apparently the person who knew was it was for was not there....had to cancel my plans as the money used was for that,went back on the 27/12/2023 as I walked in they said they would refund me not mentioning how much and when? why were they ripping me off meaning they always robbing customers. Nissan please stop ****ming people. I will take this forward!
