Bad Service

My car (Nissan Juke) needed a new fuel pump. I took the vehicle to my nearest dealership which is Nissan in Secunda. The branch sended the neccesary information threw to Nissan South Africa so that they could send me the right part. I waited a whole month for the part to come from Nissan South Africa just to find out that they have sent the wrong part. Now I have to wait another month for the right part to come. Now it costs me more because I have to make arrangements again for transport. I am trying to get hold of Nissan South Africa but cant seem to get hold of them. The service that I am getting from them is absolutely pathetic.
