Bad Service

The paint on the Bumper of my new car peeled off & I took it back to the branch and they agree to fix the problem and promise to arrange a loan vehicle if available. On the 8th Feb I took it in and to my surprise there was no loan vehicle arranged and they promised I will get my car back within two days. On the 9th being the second day around 17H00 I went back to get my car but was told its not ready yet and will get it on Friday the 12th.I was starting shift the ff day and already had told them I will need transport to go to work but still no loan vehicle arranged though this was factory warranty issue. I loaned a car so that I can get to work. I received no call by 12th and on Saturday I went back to collect my car as promised and I was suppose to attend a funeral at Nelspruit. I was told the car is still at the panel beaters and I demanded it back. A lady (Desiree) who was helping me and my wife gave us a bad attitude and the car was brought to us in a scary state with the Bumper packed inside the vehicle, paint spilled over passenger seat. I didn't take it and told her they will hear from my lawyers. I got the car on the 18th, 2 weeks later & paid R1500 for the loan car.
