Bad customer service

On the 30th August I took my work vehicle for service that was book with Nissan in Piet Retief when I got there after submitting the vehicle they never offered a shuttle if I would like to go somewhere while I wait for the vehicle then I asked them if I can be taken down town they took me with my own vehicle. As far as I know when you take a car for a service the garage is suppose to offer you a shuttle if you need to go somewhere than just sit there while waiting for the car and they are suppose to use their shuttle. For me their customer service needs to improve on that if it is their policy as one does not want just to sit there and they should have their own shuttle not using a customer's car.
