Bad Customer service

I phoned to book my car for a service and I spoke to the guy by the name of Vusi.As we were still speaking he just out of the blue decided to put the phone aside and start speaking to his female colleague about his personal staff while I'm on the line.He really is so unprofessional and disrespectful.He doesn't take clients seriously,I guess his personal issues are rather important than his job and things he was talking about are even disgusting.Im really ****ed off and feel disrespected.
