BAD BAD Second Hand Cars & Service
<p>Bought a second hand vehicle (Nissan X-Trail) at Mosselbaai Nissan..... PLEASE DO NOT BUY any second hand vehicle there !!!!! I only did 9 700 km on this vehicle..... From day one there were problems (I have proof)...... Now I am sitting with quotations to "fix" the vehicle for R75 000 !!!! Yes, that is correct..... I have proof in black & white..... AND PLEASE : don't even THINK to report it to NISSAN SA - NO, I was told..... this is a problem between MYSELF and the DEALERSHIP (which is "NON EXISTING")....... Nice hey........ ; - (((((((</p>

Please note that we have been in contact with the Dealer Principal of Mosselbaai Nissan Ben van der Walt who confirmed that the recommendation was for the matter to be adjudicated by the Motor Industry Ombudsman.
The offices of the Motor Industry Ombudsman are an Independent body and the highest authority within the Motor Industry. The outcome of their ruling will bind all parties by law.
