Awesome service at Nissan Queenstown, Eastern Cape

<p>We recently moved from Johannesburg to Queenstown in the Eastern Cape. My husband had a car accident just at the time of our move and he experienced a number of issues with the repair at the panelbeater and with the way the insurance company handled the entire thing. Needless to say the vehicle was not the same after the repair and had issues that were reported to the insurance company - but nothing was done. We eventually took the vehicle to the Nissan dealer in Queenstown for it's service and explained the issues we'd been having since the accident. The staff jumped on this from the beginning and the manager of the service department - Jan Grobler (otherwise known as Podgy) took care of every last detail of our concerns. Podgy arranged for the vehicle to go where it needed to go. He took photos of the issues and wrote a report for us to submit to the insurance company. He even took responsibility for a small nick in the paint that happened while at another supplier for part of the repair. We have had the vehicle there a few times now and each time it is such a pleasure. Podgy really does ensure that care is taken with every aspect of what is needed and you walk away feeling (very rare these days) that you were heard and someone cares. And he delivers on every promise, even more than promised at times. We're very grateful to Podgy and his team. They are doing a great job !! Thanks guys - it's so awesome to get this level of service.</p>
