Allegations of getting shot and ********ly charged

On 3 September 2015 my vehicle was taken to Longtom Nissan Ermelo for quotation, which I accepted. on 16 September 2015 my vehicle was booked and a courtesy vehicle released to me but on same date the agency phoned and stated there are more faults. On 18 September 2015 the agency still could not locate the problem and stated that they in actual fact provided us with another quotation which was double the amount than my original quotation, which was not presented to me until the 18th and demanded we return courtesy vehicle, they will no longer work on our vehicle, and if not returned they will report it as ****** and stated that if we get shot over the weekend we have been warned, all because of a civil dispute between us. On 23 September 2015 the release form which I signed for the courtesy vehicle was amended without my knowledge and presented to the police and a ******** docket was opened against me for theft of their courtesy vehicle which was dismissed by the Court. Nissan SA knew of the dispute, the threats and allegations of being shot but did not intervene. I was forced to take my vehicle which is still not repaired.
