After sale is never considered at dealers

I bought a car from CMH midrand A.K.A Nissan late last year and on my collection day I was merely handed my keys and there was no inspection to confirm that all the gadgets and parts are in the car. When I had a tyre puncher that's when I realized that there was no lock nut key to change the tyre, I then notified the dealership and they said I can get the lock nuts replaced and they will pay for the replacement. Every time I call the dealership I never get an answer as to what will happen with regards to the lock nut replacement and they always promise to call me back but nothing ever happens. Now it is my expense to change the lock nuts and they are not willing to pay for them. All they care about is getting the sale but are not willing to fix their mistakes.
