7 days and counting without a car due to warranty repair

Where do I begin. I had a road side emergency where the faulty infotainment system drained my battery. The road side assistance was quick to tow the car to the nearest nissan. But to say the least, that was when the nightmare began. My Nissan magnite is only a few months old, still under warranty, but I'm currently without a car though I'm paying for it. I spoke to Sanele this guy from Nissan customer care. Tell you what, the care is so silent it's actually deafening. No call back nor an update. He's still, 7 days later, trying to contact the Nissan dealership where my car was towed to but isn't winning. I had to call them, and I was told that they can't fix it and I don't qualify for a loan car. Currently my car is gathering dust at their dealership while they are waiting for a technician from another province to come have a look to see what the problem is. Do you really think I want to go through this every time something needs to be fixed on the car? Never!! Always on the road, which road?? road to heaven maybe.. Courtesy car if your car is in for a warranty repair and parts are not available within 48 hours. Well they said i don't qualify, without giving me a reason, like I chose to break the stupid car mxm!!
