400k later and no camera's!!!!

My boyfriend bought a brand new Qashqai from Nissan Sinoville in January and none of the camera's worked in the car. Now 2 months later we have been told Nissan still does not have the camera's ready for him. There has been no after sales support. You would expect after buying an almost half a million rand car that they would at least call you as the customer and apologise and make sure the part is installed a week after receiving your new car? How can a BRAND NEW CAR HAVE SUCH A FAULT???!!!! Waiting to hear from the dealer principle of this branch.....
