4 Nissans but only 1 Works

Today was the final is nail in the coffin for me as a Nissan driver. Our company owns 6 vehicles of which 4 are Nissan Pickups. (3 Patrols and 1 Brand New Navara) Im afraid to say that I am now done with Nissan and I will hopefully replace all Nissan vehicles before the end of 2019. If i had the money I would replace every Nissan vehicle immediately.

The Patrol pickups have been fantastic but as far as parts, delays, services, repairs go it makes Nissan South Africa an absolute c**** to deal with. Absolute incompetence and no-one at head office could care. They don't even act like they care. I have numerous complaints and as it stands at the moment, 3 out of the 4 Nissans are standing in the garage and only the oldest model is working. I would be better of using an Ox wagon, at least then I would be aware of its capabilities .

One Nissan Patrol Pickup has been waiting for Parts at Queenstown Nissan for over 5 weeks and every time you phone, the arrival date of the part is pushed out by a week. Then the lady at Customer Care (more like customer don't care) tells me the system says there is one in stock at the warehouse and but she gets an email from the warehouse saying the part isn't in the box. Surely this isn't good enough???

The other Nissan sat at the panel beaters for an extra week because when they ordered the parts for damage to the passenger door, Nissan sent the panel beaters the parts for the drivers door because the parts were packaged in the wrong box. Complete incompetence!!

The brand new Navara is so soft and incapable its scary. Driving on a dirt road with a load of sheep on the back and you hit a bump and the tail gate opens ---- out fall the sheep. This has happened on more than one occasion. Loss of income, damage to the sheep and an absolute danger on the roads to any vehicle behind you. I should get the SPCA to give you a call! So now i drive around with my brand new Navara tied together with rope in order to keep my load on the back. Nissan might aswell produce vehicles without tailgates! Nissans response, is that it is because of the accessories we've put on the vehicle. What accessories??? They've done the investigation because they've had a number of complaints!!! Surely then something is wrong with the manufacture of these vehicles? Time to look inward Nissan South Africa.

The only Nissan that is currently working is the Nissan that no longer gets serviced by a Nissan Dealership.

I will no longer waste any of my time with Nissan and their shocking customer service.
