2015 Nissan xtrail 1.6dci engine lights problem

Nissan technicians are happy to tell you why your car is flashing engine lights but never have a solution on how the problem can be solved(apparently due to car having a problem with burning the dirt in the DPF).

I have seen complaints on hello peter and have met other xtrail 1.6dci owners who have the same problem due to their car being diesel.

Why is Nissan not taking us seriously because we have a problem at hand which is Nissan selling us a vehicle that is just unreliable , Im at Nissan Mokopane every single week for regeneration, I have tried driving the car as much as they say I should and even that is not helping. What does nissan have to say about this?

There is no help and legal action is going to be the last hope together with other owners because we were never told we would come across such problems when purchasing the Nissan Xtrail. We were sold a ***** of a car
