2 months and still my car has not been fixed

I Nimrod Radebe would like to submit a complaint. On the 29th of June 2017 I took my car a 2004 Nissan Almera to the Nissan Datcenter in Pietermaritzburg KZN for a check up because it would turn off at when travelling on low gears. After a short while I got a call from them saying the found the fault and I gave them the go ahead to fix it. A few days later I was told the car was fixed, I then paid R2872 and collected the car. After driving the car for a few days it started doing the same thing as before.

I returned the car and they said they would fix and contact me but when I went to thereception they said that the bealts tore when they were test driving it. I still have not gotten my car back and its going to 2 months this is the worst service I have ever received from a car dealership. The service advisor is Zola Frans.
