Not an honest or transparent company

What bugged me most was the website that says NInelife.co.za. So I was under the impression that it was a local company. I agree that I should have done more due diligence... anyways, ordered eyedrops, total About a R1000 four months later, my eyedrops where confiscated by SAPHRA. I have to pay a further R400 for an application, approval not guaranteed... When I asked for the products to be returned I was told only the supplier can do so. Needless to say NineLife refuses to even contact Customs to sort out the issue. Either way, I was even told a few times that the problem is solved my products will be delivered but needless to say nothing happened. They also refuse to give me a refund. So no matter which way it goes. I am the one to pay the price.
