Horrific service. Bouncing around Gauteng for a week while I’m about to travel!
Absolute joke of a company. I placed an order on 31 July 2026, and nearly a month later, I am still waiting. For reference, this is NineLife South Africa, operated by: Company Name: Handelnine Global Mailing Address: N°5 Sturdee Avenue, Suite 301, Rosebank, Johannesburg, 2196, South Africa Contact Email: *** I ordered this well in advance because I am going away this coming weekend. It should have arrived weeks ago. Instead, I’m getting emails on a Sunday morning from "Zoe" with the same empty, copy-paste customer service scripts promising they are "monitoring the tracking." The logistics are a total disgrace. My parcel arrived in SA over a week ago and has been bouncing between OR Tambo and Sandton. It is sitting right here in Gauteng, yet a ****** snail would have reached me in Randburg by now! To prove how appalling NineLife’s service is: I placed a completely separate order from China on 10 August, and it arrived at my door on 22 August. It took China 12 days to deliver to South Africa, yet this "Rosebank-based" company can't get a parcel across town in a week. This is no longer just "frustration" or an "inconvenience"—it is horrific service. NineLife / Handelnine Global, you have until Friday to deliver this package or issue a full refund. I will not be here after Friday to babysit your logistical failures.

I’m a bit old school, so ordering online always makes me nervous. I spent R1,500 and honestly panicked after placing my order, wondering if everything would be okay. I’m happy to say my parcel arrived within the promised time frame, and everything went smoothly. I bought collagen supplements and I'm very pleased with the service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are *****sters. I never got my order. After many emails, they say my order is stuck in customs, but twhen I ordered they indicate that they work out of Johannesburg, but they are an overseas company and do not have an office in South Africa. One item arrived but since I ordered health supplements, you need to have a SAHPRA licence, so it is impossible to get your product.

Total ****! Products aren’t SA based and I was asked for a doctors declaration to get products imported - for a simple supplement. I was also asked to pay for clearance charges. I didn’t do either and requested a refund. I have the full case history with many promises to refund- needless to say I haven’t received my 1k back. I am now considering laying ******** charges as this is clearly *****ulent activity - also looking at the other cases logged here. DO NOT ORDER from them ever! Total ****!

Item ordered never received
Placed an order in August 2025 with an approximate 2 week delivery time, nothing was ever delivered and when I followed up weeks later, I was promised another replacement delivery which still to date I have never received and I paid over R1k for my order. Very disappointed.

Still waiting after 3 months for a paid order from NineLife
September of 2025 we ordered a medical penile clamp for an 86 year old online from NineLife. We already paid for the clamp. It is an urgent order and now we are on the 9th of December 2025 and are having trouble to receive the clamp we ordered. They constantly blame it on customs and does nothing about the complaints we constantly email their way. I think this is the worst service from a company ever. We explained the urgency of this clamp to them. They just don't make it a priority. Now we are out R1900 and no clamp.
