NineLife Terrible Delivery

I ordered 20 Marzipan Logs in January. I was expecting prompt delivery but the tracking I received told me that the order was being shipped out of the USA by DHL Global Mail. It was routed to Germany where it got stuck for a month. No reply to my query from NineLife. It then arrived in South Africa and got stuck again for another month. Again no reply to my query, It arrive at the Howick KZN Post Office yesterday (March 10th) not to my door by courier. I had to pay import duty. The product was badly packed and the envelope was broken. Two of the logs were missing.
