Bait and switch delivery estimate

I bought a sports injury device through NineLife, based on availability and their stated delivery time of about 2 weeks. But. Their courier company advised it would take an estimated 5 weeks.

Had I known this, I would not have made the purchase. And I have now incurred duplicate costs to get a replacement device from another company.

I think they could have been a bit more forthright about this - I feel mislead and won’t use them again.
