In July last month I contact Nimble group and sent them a paid up letter for an account that they said had been recently sent to them. Now I am listed for R14701 for an account that has been closed. Update this immediately with the bureau I DO NOT OWE CAPITEC THIS WAS PAID AND SETTLED ON THE 05/06/2019. I WILL NOT WAIT 30-60 DAYS . I WANT IT UPDATED NOW BECAUSE I SENT YOU THE PAID-UP LETTERS IMMEDIATELY WHEN YOU CONTACTED ME

Yesterday I had to call Nimble group myself because no one had bothered to respond, Veronica at their call centre promised a callback yesterday, Nothing!
