FALSE/UNSUBSTANTIATED PAYMENT DATE OF 4 SEPTEMBER 2026, PRESCRIBED DEBT AND DEMAND FOR PROOF

To: Nimble Complaints and Compliance Department Date: 12 October 2026 Dear Nimble Complaints and Compliance Department, I am writing to formally dispute the information your organisation has reportedly submitted to Experian concerning my account, in which the account has been updated to reflect a payment dated 4 September 2026. I categorically dispute the accuracy of this entry. I have not made any payment on the alleged date, nor have I acknowledged liability for this debt on that date. Accordingly, I require you to provide documentary evidence substantiating the information you have reported. The timing and effect of this update are particularly concerning because the account is disputed as prescribed. Recording an alleged payment or acknowledgement of liability against a prescribed debt may materially affect how the account is treated and may create the impression that prescription has been interrupted or that the debt remains enforceable. I am concerned that this entry may have the effect of improperly reviving an otherwise prescribed debt. If the entry was made without a genuine underlying transaction or a valid acknowledgement of liability, I regard the reporting as potentially misleading and a serious matter requiring investigation. I hereby demand: 1. Proof of payment: the original transaction record for the alleged payment of 4 September 2026, including amount, transaction reference, payment method, transaction date and value date. 2. Proof of the source of payment: verifiable evidence identifying the source of the payment and relevant bank, payment processor or transaction confirmation records. If no payment was received, explain the basis for reporting this date. 3. Proof of acknowledgement of debt: if you contend I acknowledged liability on 4 September 2026, provide the exact document, communication, recording or other evidence re**** upon, including the date, method and evidence linking it to me. 4. Reporting audit trail: explain when the account was updated, who or which system initiated the update, the information supp**** to Experian and the documentary basis for the reported payment date. 5. Prescription calculation: provide a complete account history and your calculation of the alleged prescription period, identifying the original due date, last actual payment received and every event said to interrupt prescription, with supporting evidence. 6. Correction of inaccurate information: if you cannot substantiate the entry, instruct Experian and every other credit bureau to correct or remove the disputed information and confirm the correction in writing. For the avoidance of doubt, this letter is a formal dispute and request for evidence. It must not be construed as an acknowledgement of liability, an admission that the debt remains enforceable, a promise to pay, or a waiver of any rights or defences available to me, including prescription. Please preserve all records relating to this account and the disputed reporting, including transaction logs, account notes, system audit trails, correspondence and recordings relevant to the alleged payment or acknowledgement. Please provide a substantive written response and supporting evidence within 10 business days of receipt of this letter. Should you fail to provide credible evidence, or should your investigation establish that the information was reported incorrectly, I reserve the right to escalate the matter to Experian, the National Credit Regulator and any other appropriate regulatory or dispute-resolution authority. Yours faithfully, Zondo Nimble account/reference number: ***

Unprofessional Conduct and Misleading Settlement Agreement – Nimble Group

I am extremely disappointed and angry at the unprofessional manner in which Nimble Group has handled my settlement arrangement. I was issued a settlement letter confirming that R5,624 was payable by 30 September 2026. I paid R3,000 on 15 September and advised that I would pay the remaining R2,624 at month-end. I contacted your offices to confirm receipt of my payment, which was confirmed by Nomafa Njikelana. She explicitly advised me that I could pay the outstanding R2,624 on 30 September. However, on the very day I was supposed to make payment, she called to apologise and claim she had made a mistake, insisting that I must pay R3,000 instead. How can a company issue settlement terms, confirm payment arrangements and then change them at the last minute because of an employee's mistake? I am not responsible for your consultant's errors, and I refuse to bear the consequences of your staff's incompetence. I acted in good faith and made payment based on the arrangement communicated to me. I demand that Nimble Group honour that arrangement and issue me with a settlement letter confirming the remaining R2,624 required to close this account. This conduct is unprofessional and unacceptable. I expect accountability and an urgent resolution, not excuses. I simply want to settle my account and move on without being penalised for your employee's mistake.

Useless ******.

They are utterly useless, ******. Do not trust them. They dont call, text or deliver email stating that you owe money to them. You dispute the credit report charge, they remove it only to put it back 2 months later again with competely diffrent payment dates and amounts just to **** up your credit score. I have disputed with experian also. I am now approaching the credit tribunal for answers and investigation into these ******. I have been batteling with my credit score for 4 years because of them. They added another account for non payment. I did tell them i never had an account or debt arrangement because i dont owe them a cent. They have added a new account this year again. (5th time in 7 years ) and they are ****ing up my credit score.

Despite doing all required of me, no resolution on ********** *** account

An *** contract was **********ly opened in my name in 2024. I reported it to *** ***** Help in March 2025 and made a sworn affidavit at SAPS on 31 October 2025. *** has confirmed in writing that the account is **********, and on 10 July and 4 September 2026 confirmed that it would be resolved by contacting the debt collector to close it. The account was handed over to Nimble Group, and an adverse listing now appears on my credit report. Since October 2025 I have emailed Nimble repeatedly, most recently in September 2026, including to their ***, ***, ***, *** and *** addresses. I have received no substantive response, no confirmation that the account has been closed, and no clearance letter. The listing is blocking my access to credit and finance. I am asking Nimble to close the account, instruct the credit bureaus to remove the listing, and issue a clearance letter. I have sent all *** and documents by email.
