Worse Company Ever

I've had the worse service ever from this company. I've trying to get in contact with them I couldn't get through. I tried their whatsapp feature but that did't work as they could not pick up my account. All I wanted was a clearance letter but that too hard to get. I call their customer service to find out that they close at 4pm, however the automated response says they open till 8pm. Worse experience ever, and if this is not sorted I'm taking it up with the credit bureau as I'm done with this company and chasing them. Hopefully I get a response.
