Worse Collections Agency😡
I have been waiting for over a month now for a paid up letter although they communicated to say it takes 14-21 working days for a simple letter to be issued.
The account have not been removed from my credit record either.
They are quick to send messages to make payment but when you deliver they cant keep their side of the agreement.
